  ⸻ What a complete waste of time. I booked a 5:20 PM battery replacement appointment, showed up, and immediately heard staff questioning whether they could even finish it before closing. Why offer the time slot if you can’t complete the service? After confirming they had time, they took my payment and told me to come back in 1.5 hours. I left, stayed nearby, and came back exactly as instructed—only to be told the repair wasn’t done and wouldn’t be completed until Monday. Yes, they apologized. No, they offered nothing for wasting my trip and 90 minutes of my time. Even worse, no one bothered to notify me. Their excuse was that they “had my phone”—which is nonsense, since they texted me right after check-in using the contact info I provided. This is poor scheduling, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customers’ time. I should’ve trusted my gut and gone directly to the Apple Store.

  Constantly swapping more products out for made in China with no quality alternate options. Less and less products being sold here I am willing to buy, came home today pretty disappointed.

  Very bad stuff at Geek squad, scheduled two times appointments and both times excused to not have either technician or parts , even last time I mentioned that nobody had free time to reschedule it again. Very bad stuffs not one but all of them. I don’t know why still they are part of the great best buy
