- LSLynette SimkinsMar 16, 20261.0I have paid an annual subscription for several years for computer repair services by the Geek Squad and will not be renewing my subscription. The only reason I've had to use this service in the past was for a computer tune up. Now when I have a real problem, the geeks are not able to help and I had to seek out and pay an IT professional to recover passwords and bookmarks which were lost when Firefox did an update. The professional recovered the information in less than 15 minutes. Don't bother signing up for this service.
