I could take it home. Plug it in and use it. Nobody knew anything about it as it turns out. The agent forgot to put it in the system. So I go to the Store. I tried to call and change my appointment time. They said they call me back. No phone call so I go into the store. About 20 minutes after my 12 o'clock appointment and I wait for almost 45 minutes to get some assistance. It was too late. I have other things to do in my life. Besides, sit around and wait for these people to get themselves together. I've been with them for 20 plus years. And this is the lack of service I get.
