    Went to this Covington location for help and didn’t get the support I needed. I don’t want to get into specific details but all I can say is I left wanting to switch carriers (that’s how I felt). In the end before making that move I decided to go to a different Verizon location in Kent and got the support I needed within the same day. I would not recommend this Covington Location to go to.

    Terrible experience, Manger ( Brooke) doesn't care. Can't be bothered to do their job or have any customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and they don't care if you just walk out the door. Maybe their jobs are more secure so they have no fear of consequences. It's sad when poor representatives are acting this way for a great company. I always advocated for Verizon, they do cost more but it was worth it to Me. Now...I'm not sure. I can see why people switch so at least their bill matches what they pay for.

    I’m actually impressed — and not in a good way. I didn’t know it was possible to be this consistently terrible at customer service. I’ve now seen two different reps, on three separate occasions, and somehow every single interaction managed to be worse than the last. A true talent, honestly. This most recent visit was the grand finale. The guy literally waved his device at me like he was teaching preschool math, repeating the “basics” of a return as if I’d never seen the inside of a store before. He refused to listen to what the actual issue was, interrupted me every time I tried to explain, and kept tossing out his 2+2-level commentary with attitude. It was condescending, rude, and downright embarrassing for a business. Barf experience. Truly. Do yourself a favor: drive the extra mile and go to literally any other location if you prefer being treated like a human. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful — and impressively consistent at it.

    DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS VERIZON STORE! The sales tactics are dishonest and corrupt; most staff use every fast talking phrase in the book to sell unnecessary add-ons and then claim ignorance when customers are overcharged. They are incable of refunding/correcting in-store sign-ups-- forcing customers to spend hours on end waiting and speaking with Verizon customer service. I will NEVER recommend this carrier or any store for that matter. Simpler to purchase phone via Apple! Also, selling misinformed older consumers a screen protector for $70 is CRIMINAL. Sure, they'll replace it when broker, but you must first CALL customer service and file a claim. Nevermind that screen protectors cost pennies when purchased via Amazon. Three months into new plan, and I continue to be overcharged.
