She let us vent our frustrations haha, and also was very kind, and patient and effective. I love the color orange and wanted this phone and only in orange. She made it happen and with a great attitude. My mom has been with Verizon for 15 plus years and now I understand why. The service and connectivity is amazing.

Upon meeting Tirion, I could tell right away he was extremely knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. He helped me find a good international plan and set us up with free new phones. I’m especially grateful to Celine for helping me when we had a few issues. One was getting my phone to transfer properly, which it eventually did with her help and insight. But a bigger issue was that on our first day out of the country, my wife’s international plan was suddenly dropped. I texted Celine and she worked with corporate to get things back in place within about 30 minutes. I’m very grateful to them both, and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their wireless plan.
