I would recommend him for any job in this organization. If everyone was as sharp and dedicated as Tony, business owners could sit home, and let people run their business without their help. - HKHeather KnudsonJan 12, 20262.0I’m not sure when Verizon customer service in stores went so entirely downhill, but I had a terrible experience with this location when every other location I’ve been to has been more than fantastic. Two separate employees both had very bad attitudes with chips on their shoulders. Very argumentative did not want to help, did not want to do their job and rudely said “ it doesn’t work like that” when I asked them to call customer service with me for assistance. I called customer service who informed me that the store was entirely wrong on three different counts, and when I brought it up to another employee as feedback so that they could not misinform future customers they got very defensive and would not accept responsibility. It seems like the standards of hiring at this location are very subpar. I would recommend driving to a different location over having to deal with these folks.
