Thank you for your efforts. What a TEAM YOU HAVE! YOU GUYS are a GREAT EXAMPLE of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also witnessed help to a 79 year old man who needed assist, and even made small talk with a teenager. Very encouraging to witness such effort!

Costumer service is unhelpful, and overall just a waste of time and money. I have been with them for over 10 years and it has been the same for hung continuously. I am taking my business elsewhere. They are unwilling to refund you on their mistakes, only ‘credit’ you which in turn does absolutely nothing.
