The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. They worked together to get my phone fixed quickly, they let me know of the $47 internet but my address isn't available yet. It's not everyday you get to have a great experience, but I'm sure it is always a great experience with these ladies. Natasha the manager and Ashely make a great team and they were by far the most genuine helpful people i've ever came across at Cricket. Thank you ladies for your kindness and help, this old man truly appreciates you.

After given the run around since June 6th and today being June 25th there is still no resolution, no calls back, nothing. I will never ever recommend this company. Not the cell service itself, coverage is great, just this franchise. I have emailed Cricket president, let's see if that works.
