Lo ended up being the tech I got to work with. Long story short Lo worked for 2.5 hours trying to get my insurance replacement phone to work. They literally tried everything and with patience. It turned out the insurance company had sent me a faulty phone, and Lo & Stella called for me and got a new one sent out to me ASAP. While Lo was helping me, staying on hold, etc. Stella was managing many customers while also helping me with mine. Could not recommend these two more, so helpful and patient with all the issues I was having. Thank you Lo + Stella!!
