I took my cat in for a check up and other things, and wanted to sign up for their vca careplan. The so called receptionist said that she would do it after my appointment. I got there early my appointment was at 3:30 and they made me wait 1/2 hour before I saw the doctor. Even the medical assistant was rude about it I should have left if I knew I was going to be treated badly. Cost me 700.00 and they never signed me up for the plan and the receptionist was still rude to me. If I knew they were going to treat me like that I would have gone to a different vca. No one should be treated like I am a low life and that is how they made me feel. Don't go not unless you think you are better than them. They still did not care about my cat just the money. And we're rude about the payment went as high as 1200.00.

This is the worst pet hospital I’ve ever been to. I needed to rush my cat to a vet for her end of life treatment because she was dying from lung cancer. Not only did this place make me pay a “first visit” fee price because she wasn’t a regular.. The vet told me that she needed to “examine” her to make sure she was fit to be euthanized.. I offered to bring her paperwork from the urologist.. her other vet that gave her okay to let her go when she was ready.. they didn’t care. they are so expensive for cremation. When I chose to take her body home with me it came with a memorial imprint of her paw.. they barely got any of her paw.. how could it be so horribly done if she wasn’t moving when you put her paw in the molding. I paid over $300 to be incredibly disappointed. Don’t take your pets here if you’re in an emergency, they don’t have any wiggle room for costs. I’ll never forget this experience and how they cared about money over helping those who didn’t have any other choice.
I’ve sent countless of emails trying to contact customer service and report my situation to try to get some sort of compensation.. ignored every time for over a year now. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been taking my sweet girl Kiwi to VCA Five Corners for 6+ years. I’ve never had a better overall experience with any other vet, and I think Kiwi would say the same!
Every single person who works here is kind, compassionate, and highly communicative. Everyone here is a star, but Jackie at the front desk might shine the brightest! There’s nothing she can’t help you solve, and she’s always thorough, patient, and kind.
From dental extractions, boo-boos, preventative care, and everything in between, VCA Five Corners will take care of you and your pet alike!

After 4 years of being a client, for the first time, they made me feel " the Dollars" were more important than my pet!
It was very disappointing!
Even the Vet, only provided a cursory examination.
