  Worst customer service ever!!! There was only one other customer and me. There were 2 girl employees; one helping the other customer. I asked the second one for help but seemed bothered when I asked about upgrading my son's and my cell phones. I asked what were my options for upgrade and she just pointed to a stand with phones and said "those" then when I asked for specifics she pointed to the phone. Then she just left without saying anything. Unfortunately there is no options to give minus stars because that employee deserves minus 10

  Horrible experience :(( The staffs totally ignored us when we entered. After explaining the purpose of the visit, they still continued to ignore us until 5 minutes later of the waiting

  This rating is more for for Cricket Wireless the company and not so much for this shop; however, they are unreachable, so I am forced to leave my rating here. The workers at the store were not very interested in solving the problem. They told me to call Cricket Wireless back. So the story begins: My phone was marked as lost or stolen. I found the phone without a SIM Card. I tried to activate a new SIM card and they said the card was bad. I purchased a new sim card on their website. It arrived. You still said it was bad and that I had to go to the Cricket Store. The store said that only the people on the phone can help. I called in and they said that they would put in an order to a supervisor. For the next 30 days, I called CricketWireless and spoke with 40 or 50 agents. About 25% of them just hung up the phone when I explained the issue. In the end, the issue was on their end. After not having service for 30 days, they offered me a $5 refund and then a $10 refund when I told them where to put the refund. The customer support team did have a few polite sounding people; however, for the most part, I was yelled at and simply disconnected.

  The district manager is very nice! She knows her stuff. Down fall the store is messy.
