I was ready to start over again because i thought i lost all my data but Marc did all he can to retrieve my data so I won’t start from scratch. Seriously, come here if you need a new phone. They won’t just hand you the box and let you go on your merry way. They will go beyond and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

We signed up, constant loss of phone coverage in town, home internet doesn't work as well as the 1st phone we recieved had manufactured defects... all while we have tried working with them to resolve issues about internet and phone service, they tell us " we have to buy a network booster for around $280.00?!?!?!" To me that like buying a brand new car then then being told I have to buy another device just to be allowed to have it run.... so, I don't suggest this company, you will only be treated as the number and dollar sign you look like as you come in. As well, I don't like negative talk or gossip, but for the X-AMOUNT we have been having to pay for services and equipment we have never recieved, is beyond asinine to be put in the most polite context.
