  We were there the morning of 2/5/26 the associate with dark long hair was rude and very unhelpful. My dad went in a week ago to take care of some phone business and cancel a line, things weren’t resolved l, so we went together today. My dad is not tech savvy so had questions and the associate literally rolls her eyes and acted like it was bothersome even attempting to help him, we were the only customers in the store I mind you. We left cuz clearly she didn’t want to help and I could just figure it out for him. Some customer training is needed at this branch

  I had such a great experience with Vonne (pronounced like “Bonnie” with a V) at this Verizon store that I felt compelled to leave a review (which I never do). She was fast, friendly, and knew iPhones inside and out. Like, actually knew what she was talking about. For example, did you know that you should Restart Your iPhone twice a week? She walked me through the different plans, explained financing clearly, and somehow managed to get me the exact phone I walked in there for and a new plan with the same perks while lowering my monthly bill by $50. $50!! I never once felt like she was trying to sell me something I didn’t need or sneak in an upcharge. She was honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. For context: I’ve basically accepted that Verizon store visits are usually some level of terrible. I only came to this location because the reviews were great (over 300 with ann average of 4.5) and I didn’t want to drive all the way to the Apple Store in Tacoma. Taking that risk paid off entirely because of Vonne. If she’s not already a manager, she’s being grossly underutilized. Honestly, she belongs at Verizon headquarters. If she trained other Verizon employees, customers everywhere might stop leaving stores feeling annoyed, perturbed, or mildly traumatized. 10/10 experience. Ask for Vonne.

  I was at this location the evening of 1/20 just kind of looking for some upgrades when I noticed how rude the two women working were to a customer who came in and asked them a question. The two women were so demeaning and rude to this man. I felt so bad for him. He literally was asking a question and they kept telling him he had to purchase the item when he was only asking a question. Very vindictive and demeaning to him and I am telling you I felt secondhand embarrassment. I will never go to this location again. The man got frustrated and they followed him outside and threatened to call the police on him. Wow if this is what you do when people are asking for questions, I will not support your business. I will never come to this branch if that’s how unprofessional and stereotypical their staff is. It was disgusting. They need customer service training.

  I was having many issues with my iPad and Vonnie came to the rescue and she was wonderful. She took time to explain to me how to deal with the issues i was having and explained to me re: scams to delete. I am now breathing easier!! Phew.!!

  Absolute scam! These people took advantage of my senior parents and charged them out of pocket over $1000 for two iPhones. They sold them garbage accessories for top dollar and you know if I go back to return them they will charge a restocking fee for half the amount on every item. DO NOT go to this store. This is not a corporate store and they will sell a bunch of garbage, then set it up for $40 a phone and then not tell you the price until the very end. We will be telling everyone we know what kind of con artist scam you are doing at this store. I hope you close and go out of business extremely soon. Absolute trash!
