Erik helped me navigate what was otherwise an insurmountable maze of technical errors, policy, and broken communication with their remote customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind, and was able to problem-solve an extremely complex situation when remote customer service and other Verizon locations couldn't figure it out. I was on the fence about cancelling with Verizon but now that my issue has been resolved I'll stick around
