  I went in to get my phone fixed and ended up leaving with the newest iPhone. Zack and Johnny were so kind. It was Zack’s 8th day in training and he is already doing a great job. Thank you both for everything and all the information! Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I got my new phone on Sunday and on Tuesday I came to realize I was missing over 2,000 photos. All of my photos from Sept2024 to February2026 are missing. My son’s first year photos are gone. I have no photos from all of our photoshoots and all of the photos I had from his first birthday are missing and gone forever. I am heartbroken over this and every time I think about it I want to cry. I made sure to ask them multiple times if ALL of my photos will transfer over because they are very important to me and I was told in response that they will ALL be there. I am so upset I asked my boyfriend to call and ask if there was anything they could do and they told him no because they did a factory reset on my old phone. I am distraught because this is my first child and there are so many memories just gone forever due to their negligence.

  Sienna was amazing to work with today! She helped us find new phone plans and hooked us up with a great WiFi system for our home! She was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend this store!

  Shout out to Ayden Chandler and Anthony Diaz! They both provided outstanding customer service. Ayden is thorough, attentive, transparent, and knowledgeable. He carefully reviewed my plan and offered me the best upgrade. He answered my zillion questions too without frustration. Anthony was very personable and eager to assist. Thank you both!

  Connor was a pleasure to work with he helped myself and my son update our phones and he’s a real credit to the Verizon system. I highly recommend seeing him when you want to upgrade or buy a phone. Five stars doesn’t say enough should be higher.

  They are very helpful, we have verizon for our business line and they have always been so helpful. I used to be a customer for the Bellis fair branch but since that closed down, I went to the meridian location. Good service!
