    This place is so annoying. Came to buy a $1300 computer and they keep us waiting almost an hour, and then an alarm went off in the store on a display and nobody bothered to turn it off. Terrible customer service here.

    This is a long one! Let's start off with the staff doesn't really seem to be all that motivated to actaully work. At least not the last 2 times I have been in and sadly I will not be back again. My lastest experience was with placing an online order in store pickup for a printer and some reems of paper. I placed the pickup order due to the lack of help you get in store. I got the email that my order was ready so I headed in to the store. Once I arrived to pickup counter I was handed the printer, no paper. When I asked about the paper the girl gave me a long Gen Z stare and then said "yeah, I think its out of stalk or something". When I asked if we could exchange it, as I needed paper for my new printer she told he she already checked me out but paper was located at the back of the store. I then asked if I could leave the printer up with while I go look for some paper to buy and will just cancel that part of the online order. She then stared at me again until I said, "Let me guess, you already checked this out so you can't hold it" and I got a "yeah". So I took the printer to my car and went back in for paper. As I reached the paper, mind you the paper I ordered online fully stalked and sitting RIGHT next to the printer I purchased. As I stand there just dumbfounded by the lake of any awareness I am suddenly aware of a woman next to being "helped" by an employee. She asked the associate which printer was best for something,I didn't fully catch it because the employee's response is what caught my attention. She was informing the customer on which printer brands were racist, the followed up with "but for home business most people buy these". Excuse me, what? This is why we all shop at Amazon, not because it's better, but at least we don't have the incompetence staring us right in the face 🫣

    Best Buy does not care about their customers! They only care about getting your money and putting you out the door. The experience I had today was by far the worst experience no one should have to deal with! I will no longer be a customer of Beat Buy!

    I have normally enjoyed working with and purchasing items with Best Buy. This time I was more frustrated. I had ordered a laptop for Christmas for my girlfriend, the order screen said pick up today. I went in the following day and they said it wasn't ready come back on 12/6, well I got sick and wasn't able to come in. I thought it'd be held for at least a week come to find out it was cancelled on the 10th with only an email warning, no phone call or text alerting me to this. Unfortunately the sale price had changed and become $100 more than before. I asked if I could reorder at the price I had originally ordered and was informed I couldn't. Because of this I decided to buy it somewhere else for the same current price because of the lack of customer service.

    Horrible experience and customer service. They will hold your online purchase hostage if you arrived “too early”. They refused to budge at all saying that it has to be processed in the back before I could get it. I was told I could cancel the order… then buy it again in-store once it restocked (as it was the last one they had). Are you kidding me? I provided proof of purchase and was willing to wait, yet they were entirely unhelpful. The best revenge I can get out of this is switch to the free shipping option and incur a few dollar shipping charge onto a billion dollar corporation. It’s the little wins.
