  If I could give LESS than a star I would! A few months ago we were in there looking for the new iPhone. The guy didn’t have any information about them, seemed completely disinterested in helping us. About a month later We bought a Mac laptop and we were directed to Amazon for a screen protector instead of the ones in the store. Then today, my husband went in looking for two e bikes… the same guy wouldn’t help and was completely DISINTERESTED again in helping. Mannnn, I don’t know what’s going on in Bellingham…. But yall need to do better!!! There are tons of people willing to work.. why don’t you hire them instead of the lazy ones that are in there now!!! I just can’t believe this is how yall are doing business… employees have no idea what’s in the store, they have no idea how any of it works, (not that you need to know every single thing but a little knowledge of where items are would be helpful!), and what’s worst—-is they couldn’t care less about customer service. They’re clocked in, getting paid and that’s all that matters I guess. DO BETTER BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!

  Shoutout to their employee, Brody. He has helped me every single time I’ve been at Best Buy and he brings nothing, but good energy, sound advice, and overall, just a friendly guy. I appreciate your help with my purchases!

  Love the staff super friendly and I appreciate the positive out look along with helping me find whats really going to work for me not just some sales man trying to push me to spend more money . Great jobs guys if there was a 10 star I'd pick that instead

  Went to buy a new phone. The young man I spoke to told me "just go over there" we're pretty busy right now so you may have to wait a while. No one came after 15 minutes so I left. While I was there ordered a new phone from my mobile provider so all was not lost 😆 sorry BBY YOU NEED BETTER RECEPTION AND MORE EMPLOYEES.

  Clean store with impressive technology to try out. I wish the items that are being used for samples could be sanitized more. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff team. Stuff here is pretty expensive compared to other places where you could get the exact same stuff for significantly cheaper. Still a good place to go to try items before purchasing.
