  Brody H, my GUY thank you SO much for making it easy to find a mouse matching what I needed. You explained things in simple enough terms that both my partner and I understood while never talking down to us. Glad I decided to go into Best Buy instead of shopping around online and ending up with something only sub-par. For the store itself, it was clean, easy to find help, and the displays made things easy to test products. If I could rate y'all higher I would :)

  That sucked. Wanted to get headphones. Standing behind someone at checkout while the clerk talks with the person in front of me for five minutes. It's finally my turn and the clerk tells me checkout is at customer service. Go to customer service. One person working. Long checkout customer ahead of me. Watching employees walking around while I wait. Line next to me slowly forming. Told i was in the customer service line (where I was directed) and needed to get in the line that had formed while I waited. Get in that line. Finally get to the front. Clerk that initially told me to get in the customer service line has finished talking and walks over and opens up a checkout for me to checkout. The clerk was super cool but systemically- that sucked.

  Purchased a Samsung TV from Bellingham, WA that came without a remote. I immediately called customer service after opening the box and within 15 mins of purchase. The C/S rep said they couldn’t help me. I asked to be put through to the Bellingham store and was told they won’t take calls. I asked if I should just return it and was told “sure” . I asked what was the point of having customer service if they couldn’t help me and they agreed there was no point. ????? It proved to be quite a fruitless endeavor. I hope other C/S reps are more helpful.

  Terrible experience today. Went in to get my phone screen replaced and they tried to charge me $10 for the screen I originally purchased. Someone was supposed to give me store credit? I guess store credit they can't trace? Just sucks cause I want to support Best Buy but I guess I'm out.

  Honestly. The three times I have been in, the registers are closed and I have to go to customer service, despite there being an insane number of employees around... Line isn't long, but somehow it takes forever while they are troubleshooting issues, just go ahead and rip out the register stations, lol. Being on Meridian is already bed enough, y'all really give the vibe that you don't want customers. The employees I've are interacted with are nice, its the corporation I'm imagining putting insane restrictions on who is doing what, idk.
