- MHMargaret HebertJul 26, 20255.0On July 24th I visited the geek squad at Best buy and a wonderful lady whose name is Dominique did the transfer of all my data from my Google pixel 6A to my Google pixel 9A. I had purchased the phone at Xfinity but they don't do the transfer anymore. She was so kind and helpful and even helped me find a case and also put the screen protector on. I highly recommend her. Thank you!!
- KKKPApr 21, 20221.0Service is purchased and scheduled. My receipt shows the date and time of in home service. One day later I get a text confirming a DIFFERENT DAY. ??? Why bother coordinating with me for an IN HOME service if you cannot honor the date. I guess they think people have nothing to do but sit around all week waiting for Geek.
