- DNDane NelsonMay 27, 20251.0Was unfortunately upsold due to "senior care requirements" for my two dogs (7 & 8 year old) adding an additional exam for each in order to receive their updated vaccines. We were just there in November for their last physical exams so this felt predatory at best and led to a total cost over $500 all to get their regular maintenance vaccines updated.

After checking out reviews I found VCA and I'm so glad. Everyone was so great! I find myself saying that customer service is a dying breed just because so many people clearly don't care anymore. The staff made a point to make me feel welcome and gave so much love to my pup. Thank you all!!

The Doctor answered all our questions about our FIv + cat intermingling with our new kitten and gave us great advice on how to discern if our dog had a liver shunt. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. We are really sad we had to move because we had great experiences with them. Thank you BCA Bellevue!
