  From my recent experience the Geek Squad is synonymous with a clown show. All I wanted was a technician to help me connect smart devices to my new Wi-Fi system. This request seemed over the head of the original confused Scheduling person who managed to bungle the scheduling, for which they charged me an audacious price. Three phone calls later from Best Buy managers, they proceeded to cancel one of several wrong items on the order, which triggered a cancellation of my service date (but I waited for them that day because no one informed me it had been cancelled). They rescheduled, but didn't inform me that they had subcontracted my order with another company who arrived and proceeded to tell me he was a general installer of things but had no WiFi experience what-so-ever. He informed me that if he was to do anything at all, I would be charged for the entire order. He left without doing anything. They want me to reschedule, but I have absolutely no confidence in the Geek squad to accomplish anything. I canceled out right. I want nothing to do with the Geek Squad again and recommend you avoid them too.

  On July 24th I visited the geek squad at Best buy and a wonderful lady whose name is Dominique did the transfer of all my data from my Google pixel 6A to my Google pixel 9A. I had purchased the phone at Xfinity but they don't do the transfer anymore. She was so kind and helpful and even helped me find a case and also put the screen protector on. I highly recommend her. Thank you!!
