  Attention esp Printer Shoppers! This is just for people who don't know, like I didn't, that Best Buy has a 2 week return policy. I paid for geek squad coverage which allowed me to exchange the printer (because they don’t repair printers), past two weeks, but that exchange "used" the 4 year standard geek squad protection policy and if I wanted the newly exchanged printer covered, I pay another $77. Not worth it. Do NOT buy geek squad for printers. Just return before 2 weeks, if needed. Beyond the two weeks, you need to contact manufacturer. The staff was very helpful and explained the situation, which I appreciated. Will have to think twice about buying products from them.

  Preordered an item weeks ago and went by the store today only to be told they didn’t have it. The last email I received said it was confirm for today. If I had received communications that it was delayed I would’ve made other arrangements, but now it is sold out everywhere. Poor communication! Don’t preorder anything here as it is not guaranteed or reliable…

  I had a great experience at Best Buy! The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. The staff was super helpful without being pushy — they answered all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Checkout was fast and smooth, and they even helped explain the warranty options clearly. It’s always nice to shop somewhere that has knowledgeable employees and excellent customer service. Definitely my go-to place for electronics and tech accessories. Highly recommend!

  Great inventory had everything I needed, except customer service. Went in made sure it wasn't during a rush, no one checked or offered to help with anything and when I went and asked for help "I'll be right with you onece I am done helping another customer" they I assumed finished and rushed back to the middle of the store to continue a conversation with another employee, I as a few more customers walked by them both neither offered any help to them either, and still standing there they finished there conversation and then they proceeded to walk in circles aimlessly. I thanked them for their service as I walked out.

  Went to Best Buy. Both Kevin’s and Dominque were extremely helpful at Geek Squad. One of the best service I’ve had. Both Kevin’s helped me out with my PC that I just bought that was causing issues. And Dominque helped me out with a transaction that was being a pain. You feel welcome, my experience were those 3 individuals. I can say amazing things about them. I hope the rest of the team for geek squad and Best Buy treats their customers as well as they do! :)
