I had a crisis when my sound went out on my Lord Of the Rings movie pre Christmas. I went to the store and a giant greeter immediately sent me to Benjamin in Sound. I related the 10 separate components running obsolete windows and in 1 minute he got me the most incredible system with REPAIRS. Got home and the movie was incredible. A moment of crisis handled with great teamwork. Your store rocks. Your people are awesome. WOW. THANK YOU!!

I don’t remember their names, but everyone I interacted with—from the person who greeted me at the door to the one who checked me out—worked seamlessly as an amazing team. I was really impressed with their customer service. Even when I forgot my ID, they figured out a way to help me sign up for a credit card.

I wish I could give zero stars. We had an absolutely horrible experience today with Best Buy. We placed a delivery order for an LG refrigerator that was scheduled to be delivered today. I also paid $59 for installation and $17 for the water line kit, specifically to avoid any issues.
When the delivery team arrived, they said they could not complete the installation because they “didn’t know how to connect the water line.” This is unacceptable, especially after charging for professional installation. The delivery person told us he would wait outside and that we would receive a call from Best Buy within 5 minutes to explain the next steps.
Instead, without informing us, the delivery status was marked as rescheduled and the delivery team left. We never received the promised call. When I contacted customer service, they had no information about what happened and simply told us to reschedule delivery for next week.
To make matters worse, we had already disposed of our old refrigerator in anticipation of today’s delivery. We are now left without a refrigerator at home. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is shocking.
This was an extremely poor customer experience, and it completely ruined our holidays. I expected far better from a company like Best Buy.

Yall consistently don’t give a crap about customers. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in wanting to spend thousands and am told “I’ve got my hands full right now” and they send me away. Very little associates working here anymore and the ones that do are fully incompetent. Y’all need to start being more focused on helping a customer in a quick manner rather than stocking shelves. In the time the guy told me he was too busy he could have been up and down off the ladder to get what I needed. Be better!!!

Bought an excellent condition open box Samsung QN90F 75”. Arrived with the wrong stand inside. Went to the store and they provided me with a new stand. Got back home to set the TV up and the screen itself was outside of the bezel of the TV when I unpacked the TV. Had to rent a U-Haul and drive the TV back to the store and pay $300 more for a brand new instead of open box. Now my Christmas gift is delayed till after Christmas as well. Terrible experience. None of this was caused by me as I had it delivered to my living room by Best Buy themselves.
