Outright malicious and fraudulent behavior. Long ongoing battle with Apple over the fact its latest Macbook Pros have corrosion issues caused in part, for example, by humidity, probably caused by substandard parts as Apple is focused these days on deadlines and bottom lines as opposed to the quality of past days. You can Google the corrosion issue and I have attached pictures too of mine. Apple tries, and gets away with it almost always including once with me charging for "residual water damage" repairs when it is corrosion at-issue. Apple and I have battled over this issue and when I brought my computer in for a repair and Apple again tried to say I had "residual water damage" I said "no" I would not authorize the repair and I would be there to pick up the machine. Apple had me sign a release for picking up the machine and THEN told me the machine was now fully inoperable/destroyed. When I said I would not take the machine in a state it was not in when I dropped it off an employee tried to send someone to take it to mall lost-and-found. Stunning behavior by a company that clearly feels it can get away with anything. In the pictures look at the corrosion around the screws and on the perimeter of the machine. I also have another picture that shows part of the speaker pad missing.

I was there for a screen protector and case replacement. First I'll start with with waiting times, they can be long. I waited for like 25 mins after checking in for the appointment. The replacement of the screen protector was very efficient though. The refused to replacearmy iPhone case

Customer care ends at manager level:
Today, I went to the Apple Store to have my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced. Before leaving my phone, I was specifically asked whether I wanted them to keep my screen protector, and I said yes. They added that request to the service notes.
When I returned to pick up my phone, I was told the technician had discarded my screen protector because the notes were not read. The employee assisting me was very kind and apologetic, and even went twice to check if it could be recovered. I truly appreciated the professionalism and empathy from the staff up to that point.
Since my original screen protector was discarded, they tried to place a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one for my model and attempted to fit one from another phone, which ended up being smaller and left the borders unprotected. I explained that I would likely need to purchase a properly fitting protector elsewhere and asked whether store credit could be considered instead.
This is when my experience changed. The manager was dismissive and stated that if I wanted to keep my screen protector, I should have taken it with me instead of leaving it at the store, despite the fact that I was explicitly asked if I wanted them to save it and trusted them to do so. He insisted they were already doing me a favor by giving me a free replacement and denied any further resolution. At one point, he said they would ‘go look through the trash’ to retrieve my original protector, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
What made this disappointing is that every other employee I interacted with was respectful, apologetic, and solution oriented. The manager’s attitude is what ultimately left a negative impression. After paying a high cost for the screen replacement, I now also need to purchase a new properly fitting screen protector.
I’ve always had positive experiences at Apple, which is why this was especially surprising. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t leave feeling dismissed.

Bad Apple support experience with problems of a repair...long story short, i had repair done 4 days ago and came back 4 days later due to the seal adhesive on the screen is not applied property causing the device not airtight completely, the staff and manager Arturo came up very condescending and rude as he was trying to avoid solving the issue, didn't even bother to hear what happened

Never trade in your phone here if you are upgrading a line they sell your trade ins to a 3rd party and they don’t apply the trade credit or upgrade to your phone plan I didn’t find out today from t-mobile that the device I upgraded for the 17 pro max was still being charged as device payments on my account granted I hadn’t had the phone since September of last year, and apple used my device as a new trade in rather than an upgrade just to put me into a new phone which completely messed with my phone plan. I then had to shell out an extra almost $500 to pay off the device that I used to upgrade which should never have happened. AVOID THE APPLE STORE AT ALL COSTS GO THROUGH YOUR CARRIER FOR ALL UPGRADES AT AN ACTUAL CARRIER STORE this Apple Store was no help in resolving the matter and was quick to back peddle when confronted about their mistakes
