Manager of this store said my iPhone wasn’t repairable under apple care because it was only cosmetic. Took it to another, and what he said was only scratches was actually a crack. If I’m paying for insurance on my phone, I shouldn’t have to put up with behavior this - bad job Apple.

They’re selling people faulty products knowingly, while claiming complete ignorance about longstanding, known issues even Apple has acknowledged. The issues are causing measurable harm to all who buy, yet the company prioritizes profits and selling more over fixing issues nearly a year old. Willful negligence has no place in Washington state. If you want a phone that overrides your settings and wakes you up at night, while silencing your selected alarms, you’re in the right place; they won’t tell you before you buy, and then they’ll offer to do nothing in return. You’re the one that bought a phone with a known issue, not even I know about, said Cesar, their sorry excuse for a manager. Where are you getting your information, he asked; as if the burden of proof is on me and he doesn’t have ample availability to verify at his literal fingertips. Best to claim ignorance though eh, even after hearing about it. They don’t care they’re selling faulty products, that cause harm, won’t tell you about it, will deny the issue even upon being told, and will do nothing, to remedy the issue or the harm; too bad that’s illegal in Washington state, you complete tools. Guess who does care? Washington state law and enforcement.

I've gone to the store over the years. I wouldn't consider myself an avid Apple user, but I was swayed back from Android with the recent battery upgrade.. Purchased quite a few Apple products over the years. With this Apple 17 pro rollout.. I was intrigued So the first phone, it was stolen from me before I could put a AppleCare on it. I replaced the phone. The phone had to have the screen replaced. The person who dropped off the phone, did not put my name on it. The store is holding my phone hostage. Even after speaking to Apple support and Apple legal. Even after being advised that I could have my name added to the pickup. I am still being denied a $1,400 phone, that I paid money for. 2025 has been a very difficult year. Not just for me but for probably a lot of others. So I'm making this a public announcement, that they are more interested in upholding policy rather than humanity. Being reasonable, does not get results. I've had to go here, out of my way at least five times now. Due to a motorcycle accident I'm partially disabled, this has not been easy. I'm very disappointed. I don't think I'll be buying any more apple products if this is the way that customers are treated. Currently I am out $2800 worth of Apple phones, I haven't even mentioned the issues I've had with AirPods because it's not worth mentioning. This is ridiculous. If nothing is done by January, I'll be leaving this review up. Five stars.
