  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TJ at Verizon was absolutely amazing. He helped our entire family switch four phones from Xfinity to Verizon and stayed with us three hours after his shift to make sure everything was done correctly. He was incredibly patient (especially since my phone wasn’t updated), thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of that, TJ was genuinely kind and funny — we shared a lot of laughs, and he made what could’ve been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. He even went above and beyond helping us choose phone cases and making sure every detail was taken care of. Our whole family loved working with him. TJ is the definition of great customer service and honestly deserves a raise. Verizon is lucky to have him.

  If you get a good agent like Helen you will get good service and she will be very helpful. Watch out for some of the others though they seemed to want to not help and just tell us we had done something wrong. We got lucky that we walked in the second time and Helen was there and very willing to help us.

  Craig helped me get a new phone, a less expensive plan and Netflix and HBO Max for 10$ less than I was paying for just Netflix. He was knowledgeable and pleasant.

  UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES! AVOID this “VERIZON” store and seriously consider alternative options for your mobile phone services. My Partner and I needed to immediately upgrade our non-working iPhone 14. We selected this store due to the ++ online reviews. Little did we know. The Sales Representative was courteous and efficient, completing the process in under one hour. HOWEVER, we were “sold” an EXTRA VERIZON PHONE LINE for our old (broken) phone that we were told that we would need to keep for 36 months and that “VERIZON would pay for it”. NOT TRUE. We had told the Sales Representative numerous times that we did NOT require an additional phone line. That is exactly what we unwillingly purchased. As soon as we reviewed the actual VERIZON WIRELESS bill the next day, we quickly realized that the new phone line that we were provided with would cost approximately $60 for the next 36 months (more than $2K!). That’s right, an extra $2K for an old phone that we could not use! Oh, and that PUREGEAR STEEL 360 screen protector that we bought for $49.99? It showed signs of cracks within 24 hours under normal conditions. We visited the store one more time to get a refund which was NOT provided (the store did replace the screen protector for free). This VERIZON franchise is owned by Cellular Sales of Vermont LLC. I strongly suggest checking their “mixed reviews” online before proceeding to do business with this Company.
