    Kudos to the computer salesperson, Leo. He is bright, well-versed in his products, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He guided me through my search for a backup laptop and educated me about my potential choices. I will look for him again when I return to the department.

    I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy thanks to Devin Fournier. Devin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and persistent in helping me solve an issue that no one else could clearly explain. I was trying to understand how an unlocked phone would work with AT&T and Verizon, and even their own representatives couldn’t give me a clear or confident answer. Devin took the time to really listen, explained everything step by step, and made sure I actually understood my options instead of rushing me. On top of that, he helped us find a quick and practical solution so my mom could finally watch TV at her place — something she really wanted and had been stressing about. Devin was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with real care for the customer. Best Buy is lucky to have him, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of this experience.

    I'm with Casey. After spending over 1$k on a PC and related products for my home office, "Best Buy Geek Squad" wouldn't come out for weeks to set it up and transfer the data for my old computer- which cost another, $400. I waited for 7 hours. My first time estimate weeks out:7:30am -7:30pm. Then the day before 7:30am-11:30am. Then the day of the appointment, "estimated time of arrival :8:22am". It's NOW 5pm. I'm a professional, I need my computer. I've been on the phone with 14 different Best Buy reps since 1pm. All of them reported the same thing: "Agent Allen" (who was supposed to come out for the service), his supervisor Sammy, their other 2 supervisors,Nick and Jake are ALL LIARS. No one has come, I've lost a days worth of work. They could not get in touch with "Allen" or any of their managers and after losing more money than I care to admit,I canceled the order. But that also means I'll be in Best Buy Williston at opening tomorrow and I'm not leaving without an entire, full refund. You messed with the wrong lady fellas. Please save yourself the time and money. Overpriced,undereducated about their own products and worst of all LIARS.
