My iPhone had upgraded and I didn't understand why none of the iMessage features or call features were working. I just bought this phone last year. It's not the newest phone, but it's newer to me. He tinkered on my phone for moments, informed me my mom called, and said, "Here, try this." He did it!! It took him moments to fix my phone. What might have been an easy task for him (he did not give me that impression, he was very professional) meant the absolute world to me! Thank you, Justin! You deserve any sort of recognition, a gift card, a raise, etc!
