  I am so grateful for the whole team at VCA Brown! They have taken such good care of my three cats over the past few years. My oldest cat had some trauma from her previous vet (closed now), and when I brought her to VCA Brown for the first time, the vet did the entire exam on the floor in the corner where my cat was hiding. It brought me to tears seeing them so easily accommodate my anxious cat with no issues or judgement. They always treat her like a princess, and it is clear in her behavior that she is not the same anxious cat at the vet anymore. Most recently, my youngest cat had an emergency medical issue on a Saturday. When I reached out to VCA Brown, they assessed the issue and made it a priority to see my cat the same day. He ended up having to go to BEVS for overnight treatment, and VCA Brown made the process of getting him there seamless and as logistically stress-free as possible. Thank you so much!

  Receptionist very quick to speak over you while you're trying to describe what's going on. Not only will you have to fight to speak, but she'll also act like it's the world's biggest inconvenience she's doing her job. Honestly awful customer service, glad I didn't end up bringing my dog back here. Just go somewhere else, someone will be willing to actually listen to the issues your dog is having and will actually show you empathy. As if my dog having health issues didn't have me feeling bad enough, the receptionist made sure to get the job done. Maybe prioritize customer service and training your employees to be empathetic and active listeners??

  I called to make an appointment. They lady told me they were booking after February at this point. I asked if they had a cancelation list and instead of saying yes and adding me. She said yes but there 23 ppl ahead of you. Never asked If it was an emergency or if I needed anything else. She just said ok? And I hung up. Idk why ppl up here have no customer service skills.

  All of my pets have gone to VCA Brown. They take such care and sincerely love their patients.
