Not sure how his math works but after telling him I only need a battery,he told me he's only doing his job and continued to talk. Finally after the 3rd time,he said they dont change batteries there and I had to go to a mall. I said my husband had his changed at one in Denton and he sparkly remarked I dont know how they work in Tx but here we dont. Asked him why he didn't say that to begin with instead of detaining me. I only needed 2 items and not a upgrade and that's what I'll do in Tx when I get home. Walked out. Rather rude employee.

I couldn’t take advantage of a reduced price for an iPhone 16, and I couldn’t get my data transferred from the old phone to the new. Sam showed me how to request a new Apple password. Three days later, when Apple allowed me to change my password, I returned to Verizon and Sam got all my data transferred, and gave me a trade in credit by removing “Find My iPhone” app—which must be deleted before trading in for a new phone. Lessons: always write down your Apple account password, delete the “Find iPhone” app, and ask for Sam at the Verizon store in St. Albans.
