- GLGreg lowellNov 26, 20251.0Very poor service, bought 2 phones and a wireless home phone system, matt had told us one price per month at the time of sale, the home phone never worked from day 1, took it back twice and the second time was told "we can't get it to work " with no explanation of why, so they agreed to remove it from our plan, at the end of the month we still were being charged for it, called them and Heather says " we don't know what is going on , call 611 and talk to them" . It seemed like they either don't know what they are doing, or didn't want to deal with it, after calling Verizon directly and dealing with a very good representative, we discovered that they lied about the monthly bill, and the home phone wasn't even removed, and it should have worked as intended, Verizon's representative at corporate worked things out , and even fixed our address in the system (that was put in wrong at the store) and worked with us to get an additional phone for less a month than they quoted in the store, can't say enough good about the representative at Verizon, but have no good things to say about the people running things at the store , it appears they either don't know what they are doing , or don't care , or both , I suggest buying directly from Verizon and not from the store
