He essentially changed all of my account settings and plans (which by the way, did not save me any money whatsoever) and then proceeded to charge me a $45 commission fee simply to order a watch from the store when I could’ve ordered it for free online. I was not informed about this $45 charge until after the order has been processed. I then spent an entire day trying to get the order canceled so that I would not be charged and was put through the ringer. Shady customer service. If I don’t end up switching to a different carrier because of this experience, I will definitely be purchasing products online only from now on.

All I wanted was a screen protector for my iPhone. No body took the time to see if I could be helped. A woman walks in behind me and one agent breaks away from her customer to get phones this woman was waiting for and goes back to assisting her client. I will go out of way to another location before going to this location again.
