  Horrible customer service, bald white needs to quiet like he said he would. Can’t handle when he messed up and the customer tells him. Spent way too much time in the store for my bill to still be overcharged, and charged twice for things by the different “individual sales agents”. 0/10 would NOT recommend

  Yesterday, I was helped by two ladies named Lexi and Meline. Both of them did a fantastic job permanently solving an issue in one day that remained unsolved for weeks prior to coming into this location. These ladies listened to my concerns and instead of making excuses, they took responsibility and came up with a solution despite the complexity of the issue. I had an awful experience at a different store in the area recently but these two made up for it yesterday. One of the systems Verizon uses malfunctioned during the middle of the process but the two of them carried on with grace, poise, patience, and care in order to keep everything moving in the right direction. I'm grateful to both of them for their hard work and excellent customer service. I will choose this store from now on for any future business I have associated with my phone. Thank you!
