  Very disappointed in the service received last night. Got home to see they didn’t even sign me up for the plan I asked, overcharged me based on what the website is now showing and didn’t offer the gift card I was supposed to have received. Owner was irritated that “he had to go” and didn’t provide any type of customer service. Would not recommend this store if you’re looking for honesty. Owner was more concerned with charging me for anything he could. Wish I would have read store reviews before going in. Seems like Kirsten is the only one you should work with at this location.

  I am writing this review with genuine disgust and a strong recommendation for every customer, especially those with elderly relatives, to AVOID THIS FRANCHISED VERIZON WIRELESS LOCATION at all costs. This is not just poor customer service; this is predatory exploitation. My grandfather, a loyal Verizon customer, recently visited this store alone looking for a simple, reliable phone. What he received was a cynical, deceptive transaction. He was aggressively steered toward and sold a bottom-tier phone so undesirable that the company practically has to give it away. Crucially, the associate told him, unequivocally, that this dreadful device was the only option available to him. This entire narrative crumbled the moment I, his grandson, walked back into the store with him to facilitate an exchange. When confronted about the inadequacy of the device and the false claim that there were no other choices, the staff immediately backpedaled. In fact, a different sales associate who was helping with the exchange became visibly annoyed and defensive when called out on the team’s initial deception, revealing a culture of resistance to honesty. Despite their clear frustration at being challenged, the staff eventually admitted—with barely concealed embarrassment—that several other, significantly better, and readily available options were indeed available when they sold him the trash phone. This is a clear, disgusting case of dishonest sales practices targeting a senior citizen they assumed wouldn't have proper representation or know any better. They chose to offload unwanted inventory onto a trusting, elderly man rather than provide honest service. To compound this unethical behavior, because this is a franchise location, they tacked on a $100 restocking fee for the exchange. This fee is double what a corporate Verizon store charges ($50) and serves as a painful final insult, punishing the customer for the store's own deceit. To the management of this franchise: Your staff’s actions are a disgrace and a severe stain on the Verizon brand. You preyed on a vulnerable customer, confirmed your deceptive culture when challenged, and then charged an exorbitant fee. I expect accountability, and I am ensuring that this experience is logged with both corporate and public review platforms to warn others. Do not trust this store; they will take advantage of you the moment you drop your guard. ZERO STARS.
