    I had a great experience with Rohan today! He was super helpful and patient while helping me upgrade my phone to the latest version. He explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and made sure all my data transferred correctly. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they leave happy. I truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend asking for Rohan if you need any help!

    We visited this Verizon store on December 20 to purchase new iPhones. They were sold out, and the store manager Chris immediately tried to push us into buying a lower model instead. We stood our ground and said we were fine waiting for the phones we originally came in for. A few days later, we both received text messages saying our phones had arrived and we could come pick them up. When we went in, an employee (I believe his name was Rohan) told us the phones were not actually there and said they would call us when they came in. On January 7, my husband went back in to check on the order and was told the phones were in, but they were “too busy” to set them up and to come back another day. We returned the next day and finally received our phones. The employee helping us that day (possibly Angel) told us that the previous employee (Rohan) had lied about the phones not being delivered and was about to be fired. Even after finally getting the phones, the employee turned them on but said he could not activate them on cellular due to an error, so we had to call Verizon ourselves the next day. Over the course of a week, we went back and forth between Verizon and the store arguing over who was responsible for activating them. The store said they couldn’t do it, and Verizon said it was the store’s job. It was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. To make matters worse, during our original appointment Chris talked nonstop and was extremely pushy, trying to convince us to open a third line to lower our bill and repeatedly pushing watches and iPads even after we clearly said we weren’t interested. He quoted us an estimated bill, but when we finally got our phones and saw the actual bill amount, it was about $100 more than what we agreed to. When we questioned it, Angel quickly took the iPad away and suddenly claimed they could no longer access our account, then said it looked like someone “forgot” to apply the promos we were supposed to receive. After all of this, we called Verizon directly and redid our contract because this store was such a mess. It has now been over a month, and Chris just called us today to ask if our phones were activated. Why would you wait that long to follow up? This location was disorganized from start to finish, and I would not trust them with anything involving an upgrade or account changes.
