Got my bill and saw an extra line I did NOT ask for on a phone I told them was broken and that why I was there in the first place. They "crammed" the deal with extras i did not ask for when I specifically stated I only needed one line for my business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

Im still getting the runaround! Online Business support hasn't help and I’m out of over $425.00 dollars! Met with manager Suzanne twice regarding my returned items and the whereabouts of my bill credit. Just to be told to speak with the Business sales representative Douglas Martinez. After 40 minutes of waiting for an answer on my refund. I was later told that someone would be calling me regarding it. A few days later I returned to the store and saw Suzanne. She informed me that a check was mailed out back in January and she didn’t have a tracking number or anything!!! Get ready Verizon for a formal complaint and lawsuit coming!!
