    Worst place to go if you need tech help for your phone. Not sure who helped me but I am disappointed of the customer service that wasn't provided. Everything was i had to call tech support and I had already spent a lot a time on the phone with Verizon and they said I needed to go to the store for additional help which I didn't get. Wanted me to upgrade which i didnt want to do, just wanted to get my phone working properly. Total waste of my time.

    One manager name is Ashton. He is very rude man he tried to scam us, but we call 611. They help us but some I understand they no listening also. very disrespect staff. We already complained to the Verizon customer service he no listening very unprofessional staff, he thinking he own run this branch. I am almost 4 year with Verizon is a loyal customer so I want a quick soon this service because the very disrespect stuff in this branch

    First I would like to say that Joshua T. deserves 10 stars. He was kind, personable and very helpful in getting my new phone set up. If my family needs help in store I will tell them to ask for him. ASK FOR JOSHUA IF YOU NEED HELP! The reason I put 3 stars is because of the great service I got when I returned, otherwise it would have been 1 star. I had to go to the store twice. I have the flu and couldn't pick up my original order in time (being sick) but was told I could pick up the phone and my original discount would be applied. That did not happen and the person helping me, Issa, was not helpful. They automatically went into asking about changing my plan or trading in my phone and I didn't come for that. I feel like having notes on my account from the Verizon agents didn't matter. So I had to leave and place a new order online then come back to get it handled, all while sick. I could have just placed a new order when I was first there but I feel like what I was trying to explain was not being considered so I decided not to waste my time. When I returned, it seemed another customer also had a problem with him and he walked out on them. I would not have came back if I didn't need my situation handled quickly. Luckily I got Joshua when I came back.

    Joshua is amazing! His customer service skills are awesome! My experience has been phenomenal and will definitely bring me back to spend more on Verizon products! Patience, kindness and compassionate is his forte! Great customer support! Loved time spent shopping at Verizon on Prince William Parkway! Ask for Joshua! You will be glad that you did!!
