    Wow. Impressive help from the staff. Went in to replace a broken TV remote and ended up saving areviewed my plans and asked what was i using. Found both redundant items and stuff I have never used. ton on both monthly bills. Surprise.

    We came in to drop off our old cable box that was malfunctioning and as soon as we walked in the door we smelled the strong odor of weed. It took the associate 15 minutes to do the exchange and all the associates kept walking in and out of the back room. Finally someone came out from the back to complete the transaction and we asked for batteries for the remote they said, “We don’t give batteries…” so we asked for the batteries from our old remote which they did give us. Overall the experience was disjointed and strange. The weed smell was enough for me….as it smelled like they were smoking it in the store.very unprofessional.
