I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. The sales representative promised a very low monthly price if he transferred his line from another carrier. The pricing was presented as simple and affordable, with no clear explanation of additional fees or conditions.
After switching, he received a bill for $288, which was much higher than what was promised in the store. He is still with Verizon and has not even received a final bill — this is just the regular monthly bill.
There were no free phones, no special devices, and no clear explanation about promotional credits or long-term requirements. The pricing was not transparent, and the actual bill does not match what was explained.
Customers should be given honest and accurate information before making a decision to switch carriers. This experience has caused stress and financial problems.
I would strongly advise others to double-check everything in writing before signing anything at this location.

I had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. The sales associate promised me that if I bring 5 lines from T-Mobile, I would pay $10 per line. He clearly told me it would be $50 plus tax, around $65–$67 total per month.
Based on that promise, I transferred all five lines.
The very next month, I received a bill for $416. This was completely different from what I was told in the store. No one explained any long-term contract, promotional credits, or conditions.
Now after switching to another carrier because the service was not working properly, I received a final bill of $1006.
I did not receive any free phones, rebates, or gift cards. The pricing was misrepresented from the beginning.
I feel misled and deceived. Customers deserve honest and clear information before switching carriers. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
