- IZImran ZamanAug 21, 20251.0I visited the Potomac Mills outfit today to have my new car dashboard head unit installed. I was told that he can not install the brand I bought. So I left empty handed Is it a Geek Squad policy to refuse to install certain brands? Moreover, is it a company wide policy? I visited a couple of other installers in the area. They said they don't have a problem installing it but the wait is almost a month. I am amazed. I have had the same older version of the brand currently in my car for over three years. I am so satisfied with it's performance that I decided to upgrade. Best Buy/Geek Squad policy doesn't make sense.

- NANajib AyubiOct 9, 20151.0took the i mac to woodbridge location .my i mac had a alots of pop up after 2 hours they called me to inform me the fan is not working the computer is warming up and was told it will take from $300.00 to $600.00 to get it fixed plus shipping to the center I had bought tech support for $200.00 for one year from geek squad they told me this cost is not included my mistake i should never paid $200.00 program from them just rip off I took the computer to apple store in stonebridge .extremely friendly tech josh took 5 minutes to fix the problem .nothing was wrong with fan he just downloaded malware and the pop up stoped .it was done with out cost I would never go to geek squad again
