  I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Roxana and I honestly cannot recommend her enough from the moment I walked in she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of She helped me get my new iPhone 16e and made the entire process smooth easy and stress free Roxana is the definition of outstanding customer service, she was patient knowledgeable and truly cared about helping me find the best option for my needs, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in helping people, she turned what could have been a long and complicated process into a great experience I left not only with a new phone but also feeling appreciated as a customer. If you are thinking about upgrading or need help with anything I highly recommend asking for Roxana.   What an idiotic service. Completely stupid locking customer phones that have been paid off then when we port out of cricket we can’t use them or contact their moronic customer care department. Thank you cricket for making everyone’s life difficult.

  I came in to the store yesterday at 5:45 pm Victor Martinez made my experiences in the store fabulous, he was professional nice and extremely helpful. Because of him I bought a phone that was a 100 times better then what I had, this employee deserve a raise, I plan to tell my friends and family to come to the store and ask for Victor, he set my phone up just like I wanted, he's the greatest!!!
