    If I could put 0 stars I would ,Thursday November ,13 at 8:30 , close to closing time very interested buyers ready to purchase a tv , no workers around and when I went up to the man in the computer section , yes I admit he was already helping someone I said “ excuse me sorry for interrupting is there someone else that can help in the tv section “ he then turned around and told me “ does it look like there is and said no “ I just walked away obviously something wrong with the guy no need to respond to a customer or any person like that.

    Thought it was a smart move to get a MacBook for school, maaan how wrong was I. I came to learn that MacBook IOS isn’t very compatible with a lot of the software and platforms that some of my courses requires me to use. I even lost some work due to software glitches. Anyway, long story short, I needed a Windows Laptop asap. I came in with an idea of what I needed but still had some questions. Edwin in the computer department was happy to help me and was able to answer all of my questions and explain to me some of the laptop specs. He made the whole experience quick, straight forward and easy. I wish more people in the service/ retial industry would have the interaction skills and customer service that he presented. Thanks brotha! I totally recommend this Bestbuy and Edwin for computer stuff. P.S. if you are a first time student and not doing photo, video or music than do not get a Mac!

    I am writing to file an official complaint regarding a serious issue I experienced at Best Buy Store #287 on October 30, 2025, at approximately 6:20 PM. During my visit, I discovered four items placed directly under price tags displaying a price of $130. When I attempted to purchase one of these items, the register reflected a higher price. I spoke with Store Manager Wahid, as well as employees Sam and Austin, to address the discrepancy. Both Sam and Austin initially claimed that the shelf was an “overstock area.” However, this statement was later retracted, which further demonstrated inconsistency and confusion among the staff. Regardless of these explanations, the fact remains that multiple identical items were clearly displayed beneath a $130 price tag, which any reasonable customer would assume to be the correct price. When I requested that the price be honored, Manager Wahid advised that it was “impossible to sell the item at that price.” This statement is inaccurate, as a simple price override would have easily resolved the issue — something I am well aware of, having over 15 years of experience in retail and customer service. The refusal to take corrective action was therefore not a matter of policy limitation, but a lack of willingness to provide proper customer care. Additionally, there was no visible price tag anywhere in the store for the PlayStation Steering Wheel Simulator, further contributing to confusion and a lack of transparency in pricing. Throughout this entire interaction, the staff and management were unapologetic, dismissive, and lacked professionalism. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused or effort to make the situation right. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and falls well below the standards expected from a reputable company like Best Buy. To support my complaint, I have photo and video evidence clearly showing the items displayed beneath the $130 price tags. This incident was especially upsetting because I had brought my autistic brother, who was very excited about purchasing this product. The experience caused him considerable disappointment and distress. Given the circumstances, I believe I am entitled to fair compensation for the inconvenience, emotional impact, and the time wasted addressing this issue in good faith.
