I was shopping for wet/dry vac. Knew what I wanted. He was super polite, nice. I was nervous because I dont buy appliances that often, but he was calming, nice and helped me thru my purchase. Thank you LaMont appreciate great service!

Customer service could use some improvements. The AI in app and online and on phone is super frustrating. Hire some people and stop trying to rely on AI as a cost cutting method. It’ll cause you to lose customers like me who had a need to speak with a person.

Asked a staff member (tall, skinny guy with glasses) if they had an item and without looking said they didn't have it and that they would have to order it. When I told him I checked online and it said they did have it, he proceeded to say they didn't. I stepped aside and ordered it for pick up and then when I told him and asked when I can expect it, he says 1 hr. I said how is that possible when you said you have to order it, he then goes to look on computer and says "oh yeah we have 1". Either he's very lazy or he has as saving the item for himself but in everything there case, I think he deserves to be reprimanded for his unprofessional action.

My phone was seeing its last days, so I went in to seek a deal on upgrading and switching providers. Thanks to Vu, I was able to find the best deal that suited my needs. Not only did he walk me through everything, his patience was exemplary as he explained everything to make sure I fully understood what I was receiving and was incredibly accommodating to my requests during the transfer (keeping my phone number was very important to me).
Further more, upon completion of my purchase, he made several phone calls to appropriate personnel ensuring I received the services he promised. When everything was said and done he got clear direction on what I needed to do and relayed the information to me. It doesn’t stop there.
The next morning there were issues with my service not being connected, through no fault of Vu. I came that same morning; Vu saw me, recognized me and immediately walked over to assist me. After discussing the issue, he immediately made some phone calls to the right people, and got my service working in less than an hour. Because of Vu, he made the process the simplest it could be for me, and now I can now enjoy my new phone, and new provider. Vu is that guy!
