    I placed an online order for pickup, something I do regularly, but this time I was required to go inside the store—something I was trying to avoid. Since I’ve always used curbside pickup, I wasn’t sure where to go. When I walked in, I asked for directions and was told to go straight to the pickup counter. Once I got there, the two employees standing at the pickup counter told me I had to wait in line. This was extremely frustrating. What is the purpose of having a separate pickup counter if customers are still required to wait in line like everyone else? This completely defeats the convenience of online pickup. To make matters worse, both employees refused to give their names when asked. I picked up my order on 12/28/2025 at approximately 12:20 PM. I’m very disappointed with this experience and hope someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction reads and addresses this issue.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I was in the speaker and bass/sound section and tried multiple times to get help from an employee named Kyle, but I was completely ignored. He was on his phone having a personal conversation and made no effort to acknowledge or assist me as a customer. I understand employees get busy, but ignoring customers entirely is unacceptable. Management should pay closer attention to how employees interact with customers and make sure they are providing the service Best Buy is known for. This experience made me feel unwelcome and frustrated.

    Avoid the car audio section. Got a Sony system installed in July and a part that connects it to my steering wheel control panel failed 5 months later. Called them back to see if they could fix it and they basically blew me off saying they don’t have the part and “don’t support it.” They obviously didn’t care about keeping my business.

    Beware of the manager, Gopi, at this store!! I asked for a standard 2 year protection plan and he sold me the Total Protection plan that is an annual membership. I asked him several times if what he rang up was for the regular protection plan and he said yes, then rushed through the transaction, not letting me read the prompts on the screen and clicked through them. I was able to call Best Buy customer service and have the plan cancelled with a full refund. I will be returning the item because they could not add the regular protection plan afterwards. Prior to this interaction I have always found the staff helpful at this location.

    Absolutely terrible experience. You SHOULD NOT buy appliances from this store or ANY Best Buy for sure. I ordered a downdraft for my kitchen. The "experts" ordered me the wrong size for my cabinet area. They then ordered a second downdraft, this time a model that was $200 more expensive (which I paid separately) . . . but same issue: their OWN installers confirmed the second downdraft was the wrong size. Here's the icing on the cake: despite their assurances, Best Buy never cancelled the order so my credit card was charged the original cost of the first downdraft, PLUS the price difference between the first and second downdraft. Needless to say, they then left me dealing with the credit card to remove the charges which was all unpleasant. Horribly unprofessional, poor customer service and incompetent "experts." I will never, EVER, go there for appliances. I went with a local, albeit smaller competitors, and in 2 weeks I had the right downdraft, installed and all. STAY AWAY!
