And no one in the store or on the phone knows anything about parental controls- hours on the phone for simple questions where they read the same information you just googled. The young man I worked with couldn’t figure out why my child’s iCloud was grayed out. The love-fest with Apple is long over for me. Too many updates, lost data, lack of accountability. Bottom line: parental controls do not work for teens and I waste my time with the hip babies working in the store.

The first worker scheduled us for an appointment an hour later to get help with resetting our phone only for them to later tell us they can’t do anything and to just go online or give corporate a call.

Downside was 1st tech worked on our problem which included reloading ipad back to factory default, walked off saying "this will take 20 min"...and never came back. Got a 2nd tech to assist us after an hour. Ended up being there almost 3 hours and had 3 different techs "help".....without ever checking with each other. Guess they did fine work, but communication skills were a tad short....
