From previous reviews it seems to me that this Apple Store has upped their customer service game!!
I walked in and the store seemed quite busy yet was greeted immediately by Yasmeen, she was extremely friendly not pushy and was able to assist another customer at the same time without me feeling left behind or discounted.
She left for lunch during my transfer of data from one IPhone to the other BUT made sure that another associate was aware. He continually checked in and other associates did as well so as soon as the transfer was complete, my old phone was wiped and we were out. I had great interaction with 5 Apple employees that made sure I was taken care of.
It was a fantastic experience and couldn’t be happier with my new phone.☎️

At 5:16 PM on December 27, 2025, an incident occurred at the Apple Store in Stonebridge Potomac Town Center, Virginia. An employee named Flo treated a customer poorly while he was requesting an extension cord. Although the customer provided the product description, Flo did not assist him and instead made the interaction difficult. It appeared that she was unsure of the answer, as she insisted on running a diagnostic when the customer declined. Frustrated, she raised her voice, rolled her eyes, and walked away, leaving the customer with another employee who had been present from the start. The customer left shortly after the confrontation.
Subsequently, a manager named Mia entered the scene and began discussing the situation with the remaining employee. At this point, I felt compelled to express my discomfort about Flo's disrespectful behavior towards the customer. However, Mia and her colleague dismissed my feedback and continued their conversation. I suggested that if they wished to discuss the matter privately, they should do so away from the sales floor where I was waiting for assistance. As an investor in Apple stocks and a loyal user of their products, I find it unacceptable for an employee to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful manner.

Had issues with my iPad and took it here for service. Doug not only found and fixed the problem, but he did it extremely quickly and answered all my questions in depth as to why the issues happened. If your device has any problems, Doug is the guy to see. Extremely knowledgeable, fast, and friendly service!

I was bit nervous coming here due to the low ratings but I had the best experience here. Zoe was the absolute best and fixed my phone in 5 minutes after battling with this issue for years! I wasn’t able to share my location, use Apple AirTags or back up certain things. Zoe’s 10 years of experience fixed my problem instantly! Thank you so much

While the majority of the staff was extremely helpful, Tommy was an absolute jerk. He was very much a smartass and had zero tact and demeanor for customer service. He interrupted a conversation with another associate without understanding context of the conversation. He should be retrained on how to interact with customers.
