- ALAnn LesmanNov 12, 20241.0I had lost some files on my iPhone, one of which was very important. The person who helped me at geek squad was pleasant, but told me the files were irretrievably lost. Fortunately, when I came home, I found them on iCloud.
- TWTracy WilkersonSep 5, 20231.0We took my sons Nintendo switch up to geek squad in Winchester Virginia because we were receiving an error message and it wouldn’t let us do anything to it. We tried to reboot it but the error message kept coming back. The guy who was working behind the counter at geek squad, wouldn’t even look at it and told us that they don’t work on switches when everyone else we talked to told us to take it there. They are worthless and lazy. When I went to the geek squad website to see what all they worked on Nintendo switches were on the list if you purchase a protection plan through them, but the guy didn’t even ask us what the problem was didn’t even listen to us speak all he said was we don’t deal with those. I will never use their service for anything.

Went in to see if they could help with a problem on a nitendo switch never asked what the issue was just instantly says we dont deal with those . Not im sorry i don't have knowledge of this product just says we dont deal in them. Go to the website and it says differently. Will NEVER go back nor would I ever recommend them .
