    Seems every time I go to the Winchester Best buy I have never been able to walk out with anything that I wanted mainly because they never have it lol. Customer service is nice though and it's not their fault

    Nobody here to help. I finally went to the front door greeter to ask for assistance. He just stared at me and said he’d send someone back. Nobody came. Asked another associate for help he said he couldn’t because he “works in the back.” So I walked out and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    My husband wanted a smart watch for christmas and saw that best buy was having a sale. We were greeted upon entering the store and had a dificult time find all of the watches. The samsung, google, and garmin watches were all in the same general area near the middle of the store, but the apple watches were over near the ipads and computers on the far right side. The apple watches were all on there side leaning against a post blocking the entire face of the watch and the alarms go off at the slightest touch. That experience got me out of that area quick even though my husband has an Iphone. We decided on Garmin but my husband has large wrists and only a few have AOLED screens. They had no watches that you could try on or try the functions to see if not having the touchscreen was something he would miss. It would be nice if they had something to measure a wrist as the band on a 42 mm watch would not have fit. After deciding on a watch it took 20 min to find someone to get it out of the case. We were there later in the evening and there were only a few customers in the store
