- GDGan DunningtonOct 3, 20251.0I entered a store in the Quarterpath Shopping Center in Williamsburg Va. appearing to be a Verizon Store but operating as Wireless Zone with a Galaxy 23 phone unusable with sudden persistent ads appearing continuously. I was told this could not be fixed and that a new upgrade phone was needed. Two of the three staff in the store seemed to have great difficulty transferring information from the sick phone to the new Galaxy 25. Multiple features (apps) that are still available treat me as a new customer, like NYT games, Facebook, Smart watch, HP printer, etc. I do not think having the Verizon name on this business is appropriate and will not be likely to return nor refer others.
