I liked her customer service all the way around. Give this employee a raise and a promotion! I recommend this location by far over any other.

There was a very embarrassing error on my behalf that could have been a big issue but Derricka resolved it...not only quickly but optimally to my benefit. Our phones have been upgraded and we left the store very pleased. It's having people like Derricka that makes Verizon the best..in addition to their service.
