You will be told what is believed you want to hear to make a quick buck and won't get any help after you leave. After 6 months from changing a plan of consumer to business, "because it would be the same price, if not less" and fluctuating bills up and down that couldn't get a straight answer, not to mention customer service is more a waste of time than helpful, I have left this company all together. I even have internet now with a 5 year price lock that is less than what I was paying but better service and higher bandwidth. It's a breath of fresh air, like leaving a dysfunctional relationship or a badplace of employment. So long verizon, I'd say keep it real but after many many years, that is unfortunately not going to happen. You have failed to deliver for the last time and will not be taking my money any more. Run for the competitors people, save yourselves, and your money, before its too late.
