    I went into the Waynesboro Verizon store to finally get a new phone and had the pleasure of being helped by Tiara, who was amazing throughout the entire experience! She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me transfer all of my photos, contacts, data, and text messages—especially the messages from my late father, which meant so much to me. When she couldn’t locate some of the data, she quickly reached out to a coworker for assistance. Tiara spent a great deal of time ensuring I had everything I needed before I left. When I return, I will definitely ask for her help again!

    My friend and I went in because his phone locked up mid setup and I needed a new phone. Roger was the associate who helped us. He was super helpful, friendly and patient. Getting my friend’s phone setup and old data transferred to the new phone took over an hour and Roger was friendly and patient the whole time. He got me setup with my new phone quick and easy! By far the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store!

    Tessa Rodgers was outstanding she was so helpful last time with my wife I asked if maybe she could help figure out why internet service wasn’t offering Paramount Plus when I had thought we had it. I should apologize for not being more specific but I had a really important meeting at 1:30 and had to drive home first aka running late. There is so much more I needed to talk to her about please ask her to call me when she has time Robert Martino

    I had Motorola phone that was not holding battery charge, time to upgrade. I wanted another Motorola but the sales person kept insisting I get a pixel and I was determined to get another Motorola,which I did. Thinking everything was set up I exited the store and that evening discovered the Internet was not connected. Next day back to the store where the same person I spoke with the day before was positive I had it, had to prove her wrong. She needed help and it was determined that the smm card was bad. Once that was dropped out I again thought it was good Wrong all my pictures have been moved to groups , but I have been able to find them. This morning a trip at Martins a local store tried the app that was not set up. Just now completed that task Being an elderly person, not computer or phone say it would be nice if more consideration could be shown to the older generation. Paid the upgrade fee for an incomplete setup. Not to happy, but am determined to make this phone work. Just hope all the billing info moves. If not another mess to clean up
