    Today I purchased a new phone. The Verizon rep. Ziad L. Assisted me. Ziad was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. As a result of Ziad's professionalism, I am now only going to go to Russell Cellular for all of my phone needs. Ziad, thank you for everything you did to make my experience today great! I really appreciate your kindness and the respectful manner in which you conducted yourself!

    The process to switch 6 phones over to another carrier is daunting. Most people will delay this indefinitely, and just settle for something less. Hamza and his team made the process easy and they all stand behind the product and offers like no other team.
