  Agent Conner was INCREDIBLY helpful & VERY patient while showing/helping me learn how to transfer photo's from my phone to my computer. I'm a middle-aged lady that used to be able to do this on my own but with the speed of technology these days all I can say is thank goodness for patient, kind, & very knowledgeable young people like Conner.

  I recently made an appointment to get my iPhone repaired for a manufacturer issue dealing with the speaker. After talking to the associate and explaining the issue he said it would cost me $280 and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day.He states if there was recall it would have popped up on his computer. He also told me that I would have purchase a new battery for $89 or they couldn’t fix the speaker as apple doesn’t like them to keep opening the phone for repairs. He did tell me since I pay for insurance on my phone I should go through them. This didn’t feel right so I called apple support who said my phone should qualify for the free repair. They suggested I go to to the actual Apple Store and have them take a look at it. The agent made me an appointment at the Apple Store. The Apple Store fixed my phone and I was able to get the repair free of cost and it only took an hour and I wasn’t required to get a new battery. I feel like all it took was simple research. I almost got hit over the head $360 for a repair that was suppose to be free. I just wanted to warn anyone else that might have the same issue!!!
