- KRKendall RitchieJan 18, 20261.0I went to this store because it was the closest one to me. I walked in and there were two guys sitting behind a desk. They asked me how they could assist me, I informed them what I needed and then they didnt say anything else and went back to what they were doing. 3 minutes later a guy walks out of the backroom and asks if ive been helped yet. I had to go through my entire reason of being there again. All the individuals seemed to have zero interest in doing there job and make sure you are very aware of it. The guy who ended up helping me had airpods in the whole time and was acting like I was inconveniencing him. Would Definitely recommend going to another location.

- DDDamienDec 27, 20251.0I go to this location because it’s the closest to my house but every single time I go, I ask for help or assistance and I receive an additide or lack there of any assistance most of the staff here seems to hate their job and will reflect it on you, every time I go here I end up having to go and see another store that actually will help save yourself the time and headache and go to a different location avoid this holland rd store, The Blvd and Lynnhaven locations are your best bet
