The customer service representative messed up my order somehow and Zay was able to help me get the equipment after a long call with the customer service representative trying to get my order to release. Tbh, just go directly to the people and DONT call customer service. He said he could have done it within a few minutes for me compared to the call people 🙃

Marcus connected me with a Verizon rep who was able to correct my account. Marcus was also able to help me with new Verizon equipment. Marcus is very knowledgeable regarding Verizon , is polite, works quickly, is a valuable employee.

Lots of hidden fees and if you have insurance on a new phone and it breaks they replace it with a refurbished phone even when your phone is in warranty. The employee told me the company does that so they can get brand new phones in their inventory to sell when they send the broken phones back to the companies.
