  Great experience at this store. I lost my phone and Nick was able to assist me with my payment and even hand delivered it to my house!

  Christopher R. was awesome! He took the time to set up my husband’s new phone and deactivate the old one. We were there probably close to 2 hours and Christopher never rushed us and took his time to explain everything. He even went as far to save us over $75 on the monthly phone bill. All in all 10/10 experience!

  I was just here this past weekend. I worked with Amanda and can’t recommend her enough. She’s helped me and my family the past few times we’ve come in and each time is always a treat. She’s always very thorough and open. She makes me feel like she cares about our experience and what we want and not what she thinks we need. Highly suggest coming to see her. She is FANTASTIC!

  Everytime Verizon knocks at my door to get me to switch companies I'm asleep/napping. Other times were at least a reasonable time, but why at 7pm? I have asked y'all to stop coming. Verizon take a hint.

  Update- so I just got a call from someone from the store. The person explained that corporate had called and told them to close at 6pm instead of 8pm. Looked at call logs and apparently the call came 2 mins after my wife called and 4 mins before I got there, timing just tucked. So I respect the fact someone called so I'm updating the review to average. The call doesn't excuse previous interaction but this one will make it so I give the store another shot. Original - This store is terrible, apparently.They closed two hours early today.And my wife just got off the phone with them, and they said that they were open until eight.It is six o'clock and no one is here absolutely absurd. This isn't the first time either i've had issues with this particular store.They have tried to upsell me on numerous occasions.When i've been very clear on what I wanted.And needed, and it seems like most of the people in this store lack knowledge.While there are some who do have quite a bit of knowledge. I'm tired of being g talk like I dont know anything and being lied to. I will say I had a good experience with Chris last time I was there so this isn't a nock on him.
