Went into the store and they basically threw their hands up and said you have to subscribe there's nothing else to do. We called the verizon number and the technician said it should have been fixed in store. All that needed done was visual voicemail set up which is free NOT the premium one. Maybe they need better training on this subject

The employees were very polite, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. It is hard to be patient when needy customers ask many questions. Yes, I know that it is their job, but it is hard to find dedicatedly patient service today. I am especially impressed by manager Julie. This young woman was very friendly and helpful when I picked up a wifi extender. She is very welcoming and approachable. On my most recent visit, I observed her patiently helping a very frustrated elderly woman with a bill issue. Julie was totally patient despite the woman going on and on about her gripes with her bill. Julie called customer support for her and got her a bill credit. Then, she helped me decide upon my optimal option for taking advantage of available offers. I wish her the best. The service at this location is excellent.
