Have not heard from him since Christmas, and nothing about the order placed. Started working with someone named Colt at the store due to the situation, and things started looking normal and I would walk with the phones set up, found out that I cannot get the deal because my provider is not considered a direct competitor??? I don’t understand why that wasn’t explained to me prior to all of this wait, visiting, and calls, I felt as if I was led on, and time was wasted. This isn’t a review against the employee Colt, rather my poor experience with attempting to join Verizon, and the manager of the store. You would think there would be more explanation, or reaching out to the customer if there was a problem. The manager ignored me to the point I had to work with someone else, and then found out through another employee I am not eligible to receive the promotion deal.
