  Ashley not only answered my questions over the phone but personally took care of me when I went in person the same day and helped me form my own plan with my fiancé! She got him upgraded, added a watch and tablet and explained our new bill so they were no surprises and even ordered the tablet in my favorite color! She was sweet, professional AND she spoke Spanish which is my first language! I was very impressed and definitely will be coming to this location and to her every time :)

  Colt at the Verizon store is absolutely outstanding! He consistently goes above and beyond every time I stop in. Whether it’s helping troubleshoot an issue, explaining new plans, or setting up a new phone, Colt is always patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He truly makes the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping customers. I can’t recommend Colt enough!

  Colt was very knowledgeable and courteous when I walked in wanting to change services and replace an older phone. Colt explained everything well and made my bill more efficient and affordable and didn’t let me leave without making sure I was happy with the equipment, plan, and Verizon. He explained everything very well and took time to answer my questions while still getting my appointment finished on time for me to enjoy the rest of my day!

  DO NOT TRADE YOUR PHONE IN here. When I walked into this Verizon, a woman in front of me was complaining about how a device that she had traded in to this staff had not be accounted for and as a result, a promotion deal that she qualified for was not getting processed. She advised me not to trade my device in here before she left. I should have listened to her. I traded in a Samsung S24 Ultra 512 GB and the staff her processed the return as a S24 Ultra 256 GB. I foolishly left without being provided tracking information for the phone beyond a "you will receive an e-mail from Verizon" from the employee. In addition to the aforementioned processing error, they neglected to send the device to the returns warehouse. After having spent countless hours on hold with Verizon mobile, absolutely no amplifying information about my return is available to any Verizon employees. As such, they have not honored the "pay off your bill with your previous mobile provider" promotion, because Verizon is claiming I have no official proof of my trade in, nor do they. As a result, Verizon is not honoring the $200 prepaid Mastercard that they said they were going to provide me to pay off my other mobile carrier's bill. I can't tell you how many dozens of hours I've spent on hold and on the phone with Verizon customer support to get this issue resolved with absolutely zero progress. Verizon customer support has even left voicemails at this location on my behalf to attempt to find out what happened to my device. Whoever is in charge of this store owes me a serious explanation, because the next step for me is filing a case with small claims court. Stop stealing customers phones, and if you're in charge of this store, I suggest you unearth whatever phone stealing operation your employees have going. At a minimum, I expect a thorough explanation as to where my expensive device has gone and why no information has been provided, thus rendering my promotional offer null & void. Do your job TCC Manager. I'll be eagerly awaiting your response.
