After I was told that I was not asked if they could help me with anything else! Been with Verizon 25 years and this is pathetic!!!! Edit: long talk with manager and I think that it will be fixed! Good meeting with manager today! Very impressed! I'm confident that customer service is restored. The problem is not youth but rather inexperience. Explained that I wasn't asking for above and beyond but just basic service but I am under the impression that he wants above and beyond! As well he should! Like I said he's impressive!
