    One of the worst company's I have ever delt with NOTHING is about customer service. Moved into an apartment complex where the previous tenants moved out without canceling their cable and from what they told me took their equipment. So I've had to spend my time trying to prove we are new tenants. Meanwhile as I have explained to them over and over again I have medical equipment including a heart monitor that needs to be hooked up to internet. Today they canceled yet the 2nd appointment I had with them for a hookup. Why is it my responsibility to do their foot work, but that's exactly what company's want now days a free ride, while customer service goes out the window. Don't walk away from Verizon RUN!!!! Apartment complex should not be allowed to force you to use a company they get a kickback for....I feel like im being held hostage with the hourglass running out....

    Waited an hour WITH big FIOS router box IN HAND in the walk-in queue, just to be told “oh, we are mobile only” fios is down the Street. When I say there and watch 2 people working with one customer.
