  They seem to never have enough people staffed at this location. It always takes forever for a walk in, I understand waiting, but waiting over an hour to just drop a device off after a trade in is a little crazy to me.

  My husband and I came to drop off an old phone for a trade in we got. In doing so, it was noticed that our bill went up significantly which it shouldn’t have. The Manager Chris got involved to help with the issue and while looking into this issue we mentioned how we did trade in on 2 phones at different location which was not a corporate store [664 Phoenix Dr Space 130, Virginia Beach, VA 23452]. They searched and did not find the traded in phones in system. Apparently the employee at the other location stole our phones. He told us verbally that they were traded in and took our old phones but didn’t apply the promo to bill or enter old phones IMEI into Verizon system. The Manager Chris and Ashley at this location stayed after closing to help us get some relief with our bill by sitting on phone with PACT/Verizon support. They mentioned writing review for other location and in doing so I noticed other reviews mentioning same thing. Their phones stolen as well and how they have to fight with Verizon to get promos honored. Chris and Ashley went above and beyond to help as much as they could because their hands were tied as far as phones being taken. Verizon gives them a raise! And fire Colt from other location or shut it down.

  Joseph is a legend and the other guy that helped is a legend as well! Started setting up my new iPhone air at home and had an unusual issue. These guys were wrapping up for the day and stayed late to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate that!

  Do not go to this store (#0666701, 3996 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452) they have horrible customer service. Verizon products deliver but the people running this office are selfish, do not listen to the customer and place only their needs first. It is best to find another office even if it's miles away. They gave me an open box item and when I return it they charge me a restock fee even though it was never touch and everything was in original package. The product was attempted to be returned the same day but nobody in that office knew how to process the return. I had to wait days before getting a competent person to process the return and in top of that an extra charge was processed. Like I said be cautious if making a transaction in this location.

  Horrible Experience here !!!! I was treated as if I was more of an inconvenience than I was a customer. I was told they couldn’t assist and to call Verizon. The 1st woman acted as if I was a bother and was yawning. The 2nd woman got up and was saying something in regards to the phone that she knew nothing about! If you guys are going to have workers TRAIN THEM PROPERLY because I left with no phone and very unsatisfied with the customer service I was given or lack there of! I was warned about this specific location and I unfortunately understand why now. THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER EVER GET BUSINESS FROM me nor my family again
