- NLNancy LeeDec 24, 20251.0I came into the store and was put in the queue at 1020 this am, its currently 1 o'clock and I still haven't heard anything back, when I was in the store waiting, it wasn't even 2 customers in the store, and those customers had associates helping them, but i seen like 3 different associates come from the back of the store, walk around the store, never acknowledge other customers, then go back to the back of the store, this is by far the worst service I've had with Verizon and as much as my bill is, I shouldn't have to wait for hours only to still not receive service, so if you go to this store, be looking to wait for hours while you see associates just walking around doing absolutely nothing and still wont help you.

The over the phone support was extremely frustrating. 3 hours in they tried upsell me something and that did not go over well. After that I had an issue due to the hack on 2 of my phones and Hayden spent 2 hours the next weekend helping me get those fixed. To summarize the people in the store were very helpful and great to work with the on phone Verizon support was very frustrating.

And there was another man in there with glasses wore a white jacket, he was nice too. I did Encounter some not so good ones and they should really explain things better.

He looked up my account, showed me the mistake Verizon made, and corrected it. I was stunned-in and out in less than 5 minutes! That’s not what I was expecting! Thank you Nas!!!
