Agent Conner was INCREDIBLY helpful & VERY patient while showing/helping me learn how to transfer photo's from my phone to my computer. I'm a middle-aged lady that used to be able to do this on my own but with the speed of technology these days all I can say is thank goodness for patient, kind, & very knowledgeable young people like Conner.

It was cray..cray....our Samsung TV went down.. we have warranted and also Best Buy plan on devices ..we call to get it fixed. Of course they are so busy no one can come for a week. Then someone comes and oh it's this. Then another week or two part comes its not that. Then have to order another part to come to house again so it's been a whole month and still not fixed so I have no TV in the main area we watch in. Its that expensive Art TV. We keep saying. Aren't you just gonna have to replace it??? So another few weeks. And oh!!@ first guy was wrong. At this point were saying you've done everything but changed the screen. So about 2 months later they are finally going to replace etc. Then we figured maybe take the replacement cost and just get 2 TVs because the Art TV isnt nessessary because wiring and plug are behind the TV already we get 2 nice Samsung. And we love them....So Its been 2 months of nonsense because they're understaffed.
HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE!!!!. WHERE IS OUR YEARLY OUT FLOW GOING?!?!
I SAID NEVER AGAIN. ILL JUST GO ANYWHERE WHERE THEY GET TO YOU RIGHT AWAY AND IM NOT WAITING AND WAITING. NOW OUR SAMSUNGS ARE RANDOMLY TURNING OFF.. I LOVE THEM usually... ITS GREAT HAVING SAMSUNG TV WE DON'T NEED CABLE ...BUT HERE WE GO AGAIN. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AT BEST BUY. FROM NOW ON WELL BE GETTING OUR ELECTRONICS ELSEWHERE
